Uncle Frank was very kind and I will always have fond memories of his trips to the Gold Coast, the tour of the pudding factory and evenings atNight of the Iguana. Rest in Peace.

Barring the Shakespeare revelations, most details of Father Frank's life story were news to me, but not at all surprising. Memories shared by his family members were uplifting, amusing in parts and full of affection for a memorable human being, inspiring priest and fun-lover. Thank you, Father Frank, who always welcomed this non Roman Catholic to YCW activities when he was in charge, all those years ago.

Father Frank…… So many wonderful memories of a very special friend who was more like family.
From playing the organ in Alstonville for his weekly masses, catching up for coke and tim tams (and advice on life) while I waited for my music lessons at the church, to meeting for lunch on some of his trips to the Goldie, to being lucky enough to be married by as well as having all our kids baptised by him. My life is better for having had this amazing human in it.

Uncle Frank, thanks for being a great uncle, as were your brothers. I have many happy memories of you as a child & in later years as we enjoyed many wonderful meals at terrific restaurants….many of those at Paupiettes. You were a very caring & loving man & a magnificent worker for any Parish where you were designated. The Church could do with more priests such as yourself. The world could do with more people like you. Rest in peace. I’m sure Uncle John has a whisky waiting for yo

I attended Father Frank's ordination in Casino in 1961. My parents were Len and Agnes Walsh (nee Croke). My late mother Agnes was a sister of the late Patrick Croke, husband of Father Frank's sister Katharine. My parents were also friends of Father Frank's parents Tom and Kathleen Mulcahy. Rest in peace Father Frank.
