A daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a mother in law, an aunty, a grandmother, a great aunt, a great grandmother, a colleague and a friend.
You were many things to many people but you were so loved under all those hats you wore.
I was so chuffed after the last time I saw you as
I don’t think I was out the driveway before you were on the phone to my dad (your little brother) telling him Skylynn and I had visited.
You would have been so so proud of Shane today, she was amazing

There are so many fun times working with Elaine. A difficult patient was her specialty. Many stories that started with
“when I did my training we didn’t have ….”
One day at work Elaine greeted me with “hello Blossom” my reply “hello Petal”.
We never stoped that greeting. Dementia allowed this greeting to always happen when we met, spoke on the phone or texted.
Rest now Petal.

Dear Shane, Ella and family

I loved seeing Elaine at your home, watching her health pick up and listening to her stories. She always looked so happy to have a fresh ear to listen. Her nature was so cheerful and warm. What a gift it was getting to meet her.

I know she will be enjoying her parents and family in heaven and is at peace within her soul.

I hope you can feel proud of the love and support you provided.

Love
Rachael
